Peanut butter cookie recipe..?

Does anyone have a good recipe for peanut butter cookies? I tried to find one but they all use cups to measure ingredients and I'd rather they were in grams. So does anyone have a recipe for peanut butter cookies that measures ingredients in grams?

  1. Peanut Butter Cookies

    Ingredients

    75g (3 oz) soft vegetable margarine

    50g (2 oz) peanut butter

    50g (2 oz) caster sugar

    50g (2 oz) demerara sugar

    100g (4 oz) plain flour

    Pinch of salt

    Instructions

    1) Blend margarine with peanut butter and then stir in the sugars.

    2) Stir in the flour to make a dough.

    3) Shape the mixture into 18 balls. Space them out onto baking trays and flatten each slightly with a fork (making a criss-cross pattern on the top).

    4) Bake each tray for about 15 minutes at 200ºC/400ºF until pale brown.

    5) Leave to cool slightly before very carefully transferring them to a cooling rack.

  2. Go to allrecipes.com and search for a peanut butter cookie recipe.  When you find one there is an option to change the measurements from US to "metric".  Click "calculate" and viola!

    INGREDIENTS:

    115 g butter, softened

    105 g butter flavored

    shortening

    200 g white sugar

    220 g packed brown sugar

    2 eggs 260 g creamy peanut butter

    5 ml vanilla extract

    310 g all-purpose flour

    5 g baking soda

    6 g salt

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Cream the butter, butter flavored shortening, and sugars. Add eggs and blend. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir until well blended.

    2. Measure out tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into balls. Place 3 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Make criss-cross pattern with fork.

    3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) 8-10 minutes until set, but not hard. Do not overbake. Leave on sheets for 2 minutes before removing. Cool, and store in covered container.

    oven temperature should be 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6

    you cook for 15-20 minutes and it makes 18.

  4. 2 Cups of Sugar

    2 Cups of Peanut Butter

    2 Eggs

    (Sometimes I add a pinch of cinnamin)

    Mix ingredients together in a mixer or with a wisk. It needs air to it.

    Make a ball in your hands, about the size of a regular bouncy ball. Then press down with with your hands so it is a flat circle. Then press a fork across so that there is a fork mark in the batter.

    Bake at 350 degress for ten minutes.
