It Depends. I like Sunflower seeds, because I like to crack open the shell and spit it out. But I like Peanuts because of the huge salty shell and the reward of 2 large nuts. I don't like Sunflower seeds because the seed is so tiny, and why go through the risk of cutting your gums/breaking your teeth for a tiny little tasteless seed, but if you buy sunflower seeds already shelled, that's a different story. I don't like peanuts because the nut has a sharp tasteless flavor.

So I guess, I would have to have both.
