I'm going to use a pearson square in my 4H demonstration tonight, because I'm having some severe spinal problems that are keeping me from riding my horses. If anyone could give me an example practice problem, or direct me where to find the average amount of protein in feeds such as corn, oats, and barley (disregard dry vs. wet matter, it needs to be simple), that would be great! I'd call the local feed store, but I can't right now, so anything would be very much appreciated. thanks!
