the two resistors that were fried R58 and R59, 47 Ohm Flame proofs. I replaced some of t he 2K 5W, replaced the .1 Ohm 10 Watt, (2) replaced all the .33 Ohm 10 watt, the 1K 5 watts, and the 5.6 Ohm 5 watt. When I plug in the red/red-yellow/red, it goes down to 0 volts. I have it plugged in to a 100 watt light bulb to save the fuse.the lamp glows brightly. Now, when I unplug that secondary from the 400BH, and just leave the 15 volt supply on (orange/or-wh, orange works fine.Replaced the Diodes CR16,17,18,19.eplaced the Two Zeners. all the 2K 5W resistors test good out of the circuit.
