Pedestrian crossing from eastern USA to Canada?

Hi, is there a place where there are many pedestrians crossing the border from Eastern US to Eastern Canada (Ontario or Quebec). I'll go to New York and I'd like to cross the Canadian border by walking. Could you let me know about those pedestrian crossings?

From NY into Ontario there are pedestrian crossings at Alexandria Bay, Ogdensburg and Massena, NY. From NY into Quebec crossings can be done at Champlain/Rouses Point NY. From Vermont pedestrians can cross at Derby Line, Highgate, Beecher Falls, Norton and Richford.
