You didn't miss much, a one sided program brainwashing people into thinking ALL breeders and the KC where evil.

Apparently many of the people interviwed have been complaining that they were lied to about the nature of the program. They also have said that many remarks were edited and/or taken out of context, and that the program completely ignored what they were told about the multitude of programs that kennel clubs and breed clubs have in place for tracking and improving the health of their dogs.

It was very good. It was about how the kennel club was wrong to breed mother to son and uncle to neice and so on. It was also telling us about how never to buy certain dogs like the pugs because of their s***w tails. =]

A lot of Animal Rights propoganda showing the worst of the worst breeders. A complete failure to offer a balanced viewpoint. Typical BBC sensationalism. Yet another brick in the wall of attempting to eliminate pets from people's lives.

The entire documentary is on youtube.  Just type in the title as you wrote it.

But be aware that the program only focuses on bad breeders and exceptional cases and doesn't pay any attention to all the good and responsible breeders out there who devote their lives to improving the overall health of dog breeds.  It does pose some interesting questions, but I think these questions should be aimed more at breed specific clubs than the kennel club.

BBC found a few bad breeders and presented the program like ALL purebred dog breeders are horrible. A bunch of fluff and propaganda.

It was like the show Pit Bulls Exposed, just a bunch of made up lies.

Saying every breeder is bad, never buy from one etc.

There are many fantastic breeders out there, unfortunately, there are also many terrible ones. This show just focused on the terrible ones.
