After the game, Pedro spoke about the fixture against Real Madrid and said that it was a chance for them to take an eleven-point lead but they should be happy with their performance.
The Spaniard said:
“It was a good opportunity to put us in front and get the win so it was a shame to miss it, but we can’t do anything about it now.”
“However, we always trusted ourselves to come back. It was difficult to create chances but we always had the ball.”
“We were just the same as always and are happy that the gap between ourselves and Madrid is the same, so we must continue as we are.”
Barcelona are now eight points clear of Real Madrid at the top of La Liga.
