Peek a boo highlights and a Monroe piercing?

Question

Currently i have black/brown/blond hair (i went from brown to black and it faded in certain parts and the other day i tried putting in bond peek a boo highlights, they sort of worked)

Now i want to redye my hair black and put in super blond peek a boo highlights.. what do you think?

Also i want to get another piercing. its between a Monroe, a 3rd hole or my cartilage. i cant decide. my friends think i should go with the Monroe but im not sure

don't get a cartilage piercing. my dad is a doctor, and like all the nurses that work with him have gotten an infection up there (because they got a piercing, & there is no blood in cartilage) and so they either have a very ugly ear or the top part of their ear cut off.
