Peel and Stick tile repair?

My fridge ice maker leaked pretty badly about two weeks ago and now my 12 x 12 peel and stick tile has a bubble under about 6 tiles. Any ideas on how to fix this? Any tricks? I am hopeing not to pull up the tile.

The bubble may not be the tiles themselves, but the floor under them. You'll have to pull the tiles even though you don't want to, but it's easy, just heat them with a hair dryer and they'll come right up. (Put waxed paper on the sticky side while they're up so they don't get ruined.) Once they are up the floor can dry. (but the bubble may not go back down)
