Peepee abondoned in public toilets?

Question

why do people think it's acceptable to leave their unflushed peepee in the toilet for somebody else? I'm sure they don't do that in their own homes.......so why do they think it's acceptable to do it in public bathrooms???

my school toilets are discusting, people leave the doors open when they have a poo and just leave it there, people pee up the wall for fun which is horrible. people also use toilets to burp and f**t in, all you can here are burps and farts. people also walk around showing there privates which makes me sick
