Pei wei or something like it

Question

I know that pei wei makes a special sweet soy sauce for there teryaki chicken and rice. Does anyone know of something I can buy that is like it or I can make.

i love pei wei, but didn't know about that sauce.  I would call them and ask them what kind it is.  In general, there is chinese soy sauce and Japanese soy sauce.

Try looking at your nearest asian food market and asking the clerks there. Most of them can lead you directly to the item you need.

Look for Thai sweet soy sauce. If you can not find it

Substitutes: Three parts soy sauce plus one part brown sugar
