Pellet insert won't start

Question

I have a Lopi Foxfire self ignitor insert. When I push the start button it just sits there and does nothing but have the red light on. If you listen closely you can hear a slight buz or hum, not a fan, then it will start with all the normal sounds and functions after a minute or two or three. Last night it would not start at all, it just makes the slight buz but does not ever do anything. The ignitor is not even getting hot, not auger, not exhaust fan not intake fan. ??
