Pelvic area discomfort?

This is my third pregnancy and this will be my third C Section I been feeling like a little discomfort and pressure on my pelvic area . I only felt this before when I was nine months pregnant I saw my doctor today and all he could say was it can be scar tissuse or my bladder without checking me or anything . I am only 26 weeks pregnant did anyone else expierence this , this early?
