  1. Use hairspray.  It takes it right out of fabrics.

  2. If ink stains your car seat, do not rub the stain as this can smear the ink and make the stain larger. Start by carefully blotting the area to remove any excess ink. Spray a small amount of hairspray on the stain and let it sit a few minutes. Take clean dry towels and wipe the area. Repeat as needed but use the minimum amount of cleaner necessary. Change your wiping cloths frequently to prevent soiling the material from cross contamination. Rubbing alcohol can also be used to clean ink on car upholstery. Dip a cotton swab into the alcohol and apply it only on the actual ink stained area. Then wipe with a clean cloth as above.

  3. I would suggest taking it in to get detailed, but first see if they can remove the ink stains!

  4. I have always soaked ink stains on clothes in milk, but not sure this would work on car upholstery.

  5. Not sure about car upholstery, but for years I've used hairspray to remove ink from clothing.  Spray the spot, wait one minute, then a dot of dishsoap, rub gently, then rinse.  For the car, however, I would try this in an inconspicuous spot, in case it fades or spreads the ink.  To rinse, I'd dab with moist cloth until stain comes out.

  6. Hairspray! Let it soak in and them pat it dry. Do not rub it in. It can smear the stain. It works on clothes, so I'm sure it will work in a car
