Question:

Pen does not work -- Crosspad

I have a Cross Pen Group Crosspad XL. The pen will not transmit signals to the pad. I have checked the battery in the pen and ensured it's correctly installed and that the ink refill is also in. The tablet comes on, but there is no electronic transfer from the pen.Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
