Pen does not work and the LED light on the graphic...

Question

I recently brought a graphic tablet WP5540, I installed the drivers that came along with it. After installation I tried using the digital pen that comes along with it but the curzor on the screen does not move at all and the green LED light on the tablet is constantly blinking. I would be greatful if someone could help me on this.
