Pending members automatically receive files?

Question

I am a group moderator and I noticed that pending members automatically receive files from the group archive while waiting for aproval. I was unable to find the settings to change that. Anyone fixed a similar situation?

it is a priviledge to edit out going files- (*Set auto-send options for files) if you do not see an edit to the right once you've clicked the file tab, you're not alowed to edit them.

if you see the edit, you'd click that, not the file itself, and at the top of the next page you'd see Auto-send to Members and options for when to send out
