p***s Size Help!!?!?!?

Hi im like 5'5 and weigh like 230 im chunky and my p***s when im just sitting around my p***s will go like inside my body and whenever i stand up or ge a hard on it will be like 3 or 4 inches when hard, but i have HUGE balls so i dont understand...i have a lot of pubic hair but i shaved it and it was still the same, im 15 do you think it will get bigger?
