p***s size help, please?

Hi, Im a 15 year old male. I will be 16 in september. I have about a 5'4-5'8 fully erect p***s size depending on how I measure it and how "erect" I am. Im really not sure how to measure it except with a ruler ^_^ I heard that is the average size but I also hear that you don`t finish growing untill 17-20. Is this true? Because I feel that it has been the same size for about 6 months now. Is it supposed to be over a long period of time? Am I done growing? Also for the ladies.... I know "Its not the size of it.... ITS what you do with it that counts" but what is a good size that a women would not judge or give a little "Chuckle" at? Thanks!
