Sorta.  The average p***s size varies among ethnicities, but I believe I read somewhere that all ethnicities are still within an inch of each other, so it doesn't amount to much of a difference.

Contrary to most of your other answers, ethnicity does have something to do with it. I do agree however that heredity has the biggest effect on p***s size.

Blacks DO have a tendency to be bigger while orientals tend to be smaller. I've heard of some oriental men that just have the head of a p***s sticking out and no shaft at all. They have a lot of difficulty trying to impregnate a woman.

Not trying to sound like a total ho, but yes there is often a size difference based on ethnicity.  There are some exceptions, but overall, there are pretty significant differences.  Certain ethnic groups tend to have sizes longer and bigger than other ethnic groups.  I have no idea why that is. *blushes and runs away* LOL

No particular ethnic group has bigger average p***s.  It just depends on each man's genes.  What's the matter, are you deciding which race is the best for you to pick a man from?
