Penn Foster?...?

Does anyone else think that penn foster is one of the best homeschools out there.

It's really easy, and it's open book!

I really like how they work the program, who else agrees?

  1. No. It depends what you want, I guess.

If I ever did decide to sign up with any such company, it would not be Penn Foster because:

    1) I'm not in the US so it'd be pretty pointless. If I was going to use a cyber school, it'd probably be the NTOEC (Northern Territory Open Education College) or SIDE (Schools of Isolated and Distance Education), both of them based in Australia.

    2) The fact that it is 'really easy' and 'open book' would rule them out as far as I go - it was being 'really easy' that convinced me that conventional school was not the place for me.

PF'd be great if the only thing you care about is getting your diploma and grabbing as many marks as you possibly can along the way, but that's not what I want from life. For me, it's the journey (the education) that matters and not the destination (getting a diploma, going to uni, getting a job that pays heaps of money etc etc)
