Penn State Question. Please help!?

so i really want to go to Penn State, however my GPA is borderline. I was interested in applying to advertising but i know i didnt know if it was hard to get into or not. But then i heard that if you major in management it is very easy to get into and you only need a 3.0, even though it is in the Smeal college of Business.. DO you know if this is true, is management relatively easy to gain acceptance into? Also do you know how hard it is to get accepted as an advertisement major? Also, do you know where i could find this information on checked on the PSU website and nothing was said.
