Hi

Has any of you used this company. They are one of the many VOIP providers in Australia. I have ordered an Analog Telephone Adaptor from them, but they cashed the money and I haven't heard or received anything yet. When I ask they tell me it will be sent next week. Their customer service is no help at all, has any of you had any experience with these people? How did you find them ?

  1. I haven't used them, but my research indicates mixed reviews.

I expect your delivery delays are because they do not stock (or maintain sufficient stock) ATA's and order them as needed to serve new customers.  They use Linksys ATA's, which they probably order from another supplier.

I purchased my own Linksys PAP2T ATA from a supplier here in Canada, and configured it myself with the VoIP services of my choice.

I have InPhonex configured on the Linksys Line-1 and CallCentric on Line-2.

Sometimes, if I want even cheaper calling rates, I reconfigure it to use Les.net and Voip.ms.  But, InPhonex and CallCentric are currently my primary lines.

    --------------------------------------...

Unfortunately, poor customer service is an epidemic these days.  I found that CallCentric has fairly good email CS response, compared to many others that take sometimes days to respond to customer enquiries.

This is why I like BYOD pay-as-you-go services and using my own configured ATA's and soft-phones.  Then, if I'm not happy with any given VSP, I just finish up my current account credits and move on to another service with better service...

Good luck with your new Linksys ATA.
