My family heritage can be traced back to Scotland, and I was wondering how I could get a pen pal from there,I'm still young and don't want to meet them over the internet, so how to I go about getting one

There are many sites that can put you in the right direction. Try signing up there and take it to the pen-pal level after you've selected and 'clicked in' with someone for that purpose. Just a few safe sites:
