Pensacola - Dock location?

I am trying to remember where a dock is located in Pensacola, FL. It looks out over a little pond/lake by a park and is in a neighborhood. If you look over the lake there is a road lined with light posts. Does anyone know where this is?

There are so many...Do you remember anything else?  There is a park called Bayview that has this, picnic tables are nearby, kind of up on a hill and there is a playground and tennis courts further up the hill.  Does this sound familiar?  It's on the east side of Pensacola in an area called East Hill.
