Can anyone recommended a good quiet cooler for this processor where installation doesn't require removing the motherboard.

  1. Go to newegg.com, I go there all the time.  It's organized into categories so you could go to:  Computer Hardware > CPU Fan/Heatsinks.  There are a lot of reviews that you could read from people.
