I've read the topic in some Muslim sources like the Al-Kamil book by ibn Al-Athir. It's not that different from wikipedia for the most part. It just has some emphasis on some details in the Muslim camp. Like talking about the Turkish Sultan Kilig Arslan, who was 17 during that people's crusade.
