people i always want to do it but idk how so plz answer me and no stupid stuff.

If you are running windows you could go to

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map

Then copy and paste it

you put the following signs together without space:

< 3

Also, in Microsoft Word there's a feature on such signs, they turn this for example - : ) (no space) into a smiley face.

Some websites convert these into smilies automatically.
