People against saving the rainforest??

i need groups that are against saving the rainforest like the logging supporter groups for a concession part of my essay. all i can find online are supporters to help the rainforest. help!like maybe a rich person wanting specific expensive rainforest materials that doesnt think of the harm in the rainforest

No one supports destruction of the rainforest.

If you are trying to make an argument for an essay or something, the best you are probably going to get is some statistics on poor farmers who "depend" (quotation marks because the term is used loosely) on slash and burn farming for livelihood.

Note that if you use these statistics, you need to be prepared to offer proof why these farmers can't go elsewhere, since rainforest soil is notoriously bad for farming anyway.

No one is in favor of destroying the rain forest.  There are just millions that want or need to use small parts of it.  The biggest problem are the dirt poor slash and burn farmers.
