People being ugly to people?

do you believe the everyday actions of people are affected by eight years of liars, profiteers and self interested leaders has affected the way people act and especially the young.....if our leaders are lying and getting away with it does this make the younger generation evolve into the"i can do whatever i want and treat people anyway i want with out any feeling for the welfare of others because my roles modelks are corrupt politicians, company ceos making big big money on the battered backs of the community and financially and powerful people who make their unethical way of life seem the way to riches, fame, power etc.?

  1. No, I believe the every day actions of people are the result of their own individual choices.  One CHOOSES their role model -- none have ever been forced upon me.  It's very easy to find someone to blame for one's unethical or just plain rude behavior -- it may be easier than just taking responsibility for one's actions and correcting the behavior.


  2. As adults we are personally responsible for our own actions so I do not think that any amount of years of politics/greed should be a scape-goat. I do hope you find a means to help your community in a positive mature way. Best wishes. UK

  3. yowza.  im 14, i want to go into a field of alternative energy to help save the freakin world, i don't care about politics because i can't help change what's happening just yet, i do lie occasionally, but so does everybody.  and only those people who have to destroy the environment and people's lives to get what they want are truly corrupt.
