People call me emo...How is this emo?!?

Question

Everyone at school calls me emo!! I'm not emo!! I'm just not very friendly and I'd rather be reading or writing or listening to my tunes instead of going and trying to make friends and talk to new people! Yeah, I like some punky stuff but I like what I like and I won't let anyone change that, and I won't change for anyone. I would never cut myself and I LOVE life. Like I cannot stand people that hate life and wish they could waste away in a pit forever. Why is this? What can I do? And no, I don't wear eyeliner.

well im kinda the same way but they don't call me emo i actually hate emos what you can do is get new friends but not just friends from one race you have to spread a little try to find friends from all the races in your school if you only find from one race most likely your own than that wont help at all and try to listen what they listen to also it helps alot
