People come out with many new inventions? some very useful , maybe some ahead of its time.?

some crazy but possibly useful if viewed differently. are there websites for these wannabe inventors to post details of their inventions/discoveries?

I'm sure there are, but with any new idea on the market, it should be protected either by copyright or patented design.  I suggest making a prototype of what your invention is and a write up of all the functions it as to offer and print and send the completed thing to yourself by recorded delivery, put it in a safe place and never open it (this is for legel reasons only).  you can then offer your design to companies and various interested outlets without the risk of having it reproduced or copied at a later date.
