i have just moved into a new house and over the past week or two i have noticed that people are taking a short cut through my garden and could also be dealing drugs through the fence.

i have contacted the police about it with names and address of the people i know.

i also go out and tell them to get to f**k to them every time i see them but it doesnt seem to be working. i have tried putting grease on the fence that they come over but that hasnt worked has anybody got any ways that i could stop it without getting into trouble?

  1. yeah 100 lb rottreilor. make sure you post a beware of dog sign. that would really p--- me off too. theres nothing worse then people with no respect for other peoples property. good luck.

  2. A guard dog might work along with the light the first poster indicated.

  3. if you've actually gone out and shouted at them to f* off and they didn't open fire on you, then they might not be drug dealers...unless they come after you in your sleep. i would try to video tape them in action, then go to the cops with it. i also like the motion sensor idea. good luck.

  4. Try the brightest motion light you can find.....If they are dealing, I don't think they want to be in the "spot light" Also, there are sprinklers that are set off by motion to ward off rabbits and other pests.

  5. get a pitbull

  6. Plant sticker bushes that catch and rip their clothes and leave their skin stratched.

  7. I work the opposite direction, I invite anyone into my gardens. I've designed and built three new public parks to make them easy and colorful   to walk or bicycle through. I have two wood chip paths from the street back to the alley on my own property. Every kid in the neighborhood knows where they are and know the rule - "Stay on the path". Simple and doesn't bother me unless it's 2AM and loud..  RScott

  8. sure, how are the gun laws in your city?  private property is private property.  how do you know they aren't there to harm you.  be sure you don't shoot them in the back, that isn't a threatening posture.  i bet if you kill one, the others won't ever come back.

however, if you want to NOT kill someone, put a small electric line on your fence, or add floodlights to your yard.

  9. Set up a motion activated sprinkler system, I have one for my garden to keep the deer out and it works like a charm.

You could also try setting up signs that say that the area is under video surveillance.

    Good luck!

  10. Electrify the fence or get a pit bull!!!
