I'm a 16 girl and I'm 4'9". I've already hit puberty a few years ago and developed. But it seems like people don't take me seriously, and/or treat me like a little kid because of my height. What can I do to be taken more seriously?

  1. I like that height. I'm 5'5" and I'm always complaining to my mom that I'm too tall. As for being taken seriously, just act your age.

  2. I would be guilty too because that height looks oh so cute : D

I read a guy said he would never hire any short people because people will not take his company serious. But be happy a study said that guys love girls that height. Me am 5'10 and yes I wish to be taller but 4'9 is great too

  3. If you're 16 it doesn't matter. One of my best friends is 19 and shes 4'11, she's perfectly fine and is always taken seriously.

Use your height to prove you can stand up for yourself, even thought you're small!

The only thing I could tell you, is unless you look like you're 10, then you're fine. It doesn't completely matter what you look like! Love yourself for who you are, why do you want to be like everyone else anyway? It's better to stand out of the crowd rather than get lost in it.

  4. beat them up. tell them your fun size. say you're vertically challenged. get a buff body guard. stand up for yourself.
