People from Indian from Life Insurance may kindly reply. Im Advocate but its become difficult to survive?

as they are many Advocates & the Senoir Advocates grab most of the cases so I though of going to sales side as Sales Manager.But my friends who are working in Bajaj Allainz Kapurthala branch say I wont be able to survive as the company Im going to join i.e. HDFC Life is not a good company & more over I will Have to go to Jalandhar( 25 kms from where Im staying.) report there come back to Kapurthala where I stay get business from there and then again go to Jalandhar. I don’t know what to do. I had promised the Branch Manager that I won’t quit. some SMs of another company say I will die, & 1 or 2 say I must go & work hard. 1. So please tell is HDFC really not A good Life Insurance company. 2. Is it true that I will first have to report(attendance at Jalandhar office) then come to my Home town get business from there and then go to Jalandhar office. 3. If I don’t recruit more then 30 Agents in 3 months I will be thrown out. Please guide me as and elder brother. I may Have to join within 3 days so please reply soon and don’t make as already preturbed
