  1. Provinces (Provincias)? None.

    States (estados)?  Zero.

    We call our political divisions as municipalities (municipios) not provincies or states.  We got 78 municipalities, two of them reside in nearby islands called Culebra & Vieques.  The rest reside within the main island of Puerto Rico.

    People of Culebra & Vieques call the main island "Isla Grande" (Big Island), also Vieques is nicknamed "Isla Nena" (Little Girl Island).
