Some call it a white wash,some 8-ball players call it getting '7-balled', as that's how many of their balls are left on the table (all of them) NFL games finishing with one team failing to score are called a 'shut-out'

Iv'e heard it called a whitewash , a skunk , being 7 balled and many other things. If you don't even get to shoot then your opponent has done what we call a, break and run.
