I just wanted to know which dealership is better, ride now or carter powersports, cause i know both have bs taxes but who just wants my money and who wants me as a customer

  1. Frankly, get your nose into the Cycle Trader and buy from a local private seller.

    1) You won't take a depreciation hit like you will in a dealership.

    2) A private seller is far more motivated to sell the bike.

    3) You won't pay any of those "BS taxes" like dealership fees and the like.

    Secure your own financing from your bank or have cash, whether you buy from a dealership or not.

  3. gotta disagree with corsair. The beauty of buying from a dealer is the paperwork is clean. You don't have to worry about the bike being stolen. the registration or a bunch of other potential headaches.

    I do agree dicker them down all you can. then dicker some more. If you don't like the deal you can always walk.
