Roger Federer league. Roger has 12 Grandslam titles, Rafael 3 Grandslam titles and Novak 1 Grandslam title. That put him in the same league with Andy Roddick. Agree?

  1. I wouldn't put Rafa and Novak in the same league as Andy Roddick, those two have a far better all around game than roddick. But I don't think any of them are in the same league as Federer, people keep bringing up the age factor, but even though Roger is not winning every single tournament he continually goes the the quarter's,semi's, and finals of every single tournament he's played in. I really don't think age should even be a factor because Federer still continues to play great tennis. Roger is still very young, he's 26, and has quite a few years left in him. Roger has worked hard for those 12 grandslams, and he's only going to get better, he's got the better all-court game and the versatility, he makes all these crazy shots, that nobody else makes and no matter how crazy they always work.

  2. yup federer is way ahead

  3. The truth is Federer is league for himself. He sure is the best player ever, and noone is questioning that. All they say is that Nadal or Djokovic will be #1 soon. They can compare Federer's game at the moment with Novak's or Rafa's because their game is better at the moment. To be honest,I don't see Federer coming back after this mono thing.Novak and Nadal are the leading characters now.By the end of the year Roger will lose his top spot.

  4. Roger Federer has already established himself in the league of all time greats like Roy Emerson, Boris Becker, Bjorn Borg, Agassi and will be catching up with Pete Sampras very soon. Besides his 12 Grandslam titles, he also has 54 singles titles, whereas Rafa has 25 and Djoko has 10 singles title. Rafa has established himself as a great claycourt player, but has yet to show more versatility on hardcourts, which he is working on. I would have to say Djoko is much better than Andy Roddick, because he has shown the courage to fight Roger and Rafa. But he still has to go a long way inorder to be compared to Roger. I agree that he is young, and has a great future ahead, but he has to prove that he can win in and out for the last four years as Roger did. If Djoko can be called king, then I would have to say Roger is the "King of kings" for his consistency, records and achievements.

  5. definitely not on the same league. the comparison is far from the truth.

  6. I AGREE THAT FED EX IS NOT DOIN WELL NOWADAYS BUT LOOK AT HIS CAREER.HE HAS EVEN DEFEATED PETE SAMPRAS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS AND THEN U COMPARE HIM TO RAFA AND DJOKOVIC REALLY SAD.

  7. You gotta be kidding with that comparison. Like kitty above, doesn't the age factor matter at all? I'm sure you've seen Andy Roddick's game. Even nole at this age is far far superior to that chap whose game is just his serve. Take that away and he'd struggle to stay in the top 100.

It's true that Federer has done it and Novak needs to do it but doesn't the past year give you any sort of inkling as to how this guy will be doing in the future?

  8. Hey i am a Federer Fan but that doesnt mean i look down on other players. ok?

  9. They probably compare them because they are the 3 top tennis players in the world. I do agree with you though they are not in the same league as Roger.

  10. thank you!!!!!!!!!

i hate it when people do that. novak is like"there is a lot of pressure when you are #3 in the world"

i'd like to see him try to be #1 as long as roger has. he would fail.

    go roger!!!!!

  11. You forgot to consider the fact that Federer is 26 years old and Rafa 21 and Djoko 20. So they still have time to win more Grandslam titles...

  12. People (esp media) love to compare ... even when its absolutely ridiculous .... Novak and Nadal have a long way to go before the breathe the same air Roger has ... you know what they say about assuming?? :)

  13. Umm Djokovic will be the best!

    hes SOO YOUNG!

look at when Fedderer won his first!!!

Novak will be #1, and next grandlam if he wins, he will be overall 2nd ! and climbing!!

    Go ana, jelena and novak!

    love from croatia
