in north india roti,chapathi,pulao,poori,rice

South India food: roti,idli,sambhar,rasam,edyapam,kattarik... (brinjal)curry,dosai,murukku!!!  I love Indian food !!!

india is too big to have just one food as favourite i am in south india we love idli sambar, pooris, pongal,kulli paniyaram in tamil nadu appam,puttu in kerala pesarattu in andhra kerala, andhra, tamil nadu are states in south india
