People living in Sydney, Perth????????

Question

Hello i was wondering if someone could give me a link or website or anything for jobs in sydney and/or perth. I would love to move over. My partner is a scaffolder but does not have his ticket but knows everything a scaffolder needs to know. The only reason he doesnt have his ticket is because the people who do it over here have mucked him around for nearly 2 years. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
