People love to see child molesters on TV?

Sensationalism sells. In a world where its harder to point to any common enemy for everyone to hate like the communists I think it's easy to make everyone hate anybody who has any sort of predilection toward children even though some of them are obviously sick or derranged and should be pitied and properly treated and properly monitored and if necessary locked away for good. Unless someone who previously not shown any sign of mental illness decided it would be fun to hurt or abuse a child only then would I hate them
