I'm just Curious,The usual way i find a connection with people is sharing similar musical taste.

My Musical catalogue would inculde Aphex Twin,

BRMC,Boards of Canada,Billie Holiday,The Dubliners,Joy Divison,Klaus Nomi,Massive Attack,Muse,Portishead,QOTSA,Radiohead,S... Rós,Sonic Youth,Suede,UNKLE,The Veils,and alot of Blues,Funk,Soul.Just a short list.

So what would be your musical tastes?

Steppenwolf, Deep Purple, Janis Joplin, Faith no More, Mr Bungle, Jimi Henrix, Primus, Clutch, Slayer, Pantera, Gwar, Bob Marley, George Harrison, Blind Melon, Led Zeppelin, Queen, NOFX, Bikini Kill, Ani Difranco, Metallica (ride the lightening days,) Kraftwerk, The Prodigy, L7, Pink Floyd, Rush, Yes, Eric Clapton, War; anything that sounds great. I love music, it's my life. Have a gig coming up soon where I have to play the "great gig in the sky" taken from floyd and play nothing but covers from your fave band who had a member passed. I am doing two Pantera songs and then I am going to play Eric Claptons version of classical gas for 5 mins. If it goes well, I might post it, but I am getting scared because the most people I have played in front of it about 100, this will be the biggest yet. Wish me luck cause I need it.

My father was a music teacher so my whole life has always been completely enriched with music from Chopin to ZZ Top, I truly like most everything that doesn't cuss or scream at me (Rap and Heavy Metal).  But I most often listen to Alerternative, Grunge, 40's pop, Blues, and even a tad of hard rock and 80's.

I have a very diverse taste in music, I listen to allmost every kind of music except rap(with a few exceptions), r&b,  pop and death metal etc.

My current preference is for alternative rock, electronica, rap metal, funk, latin hip hop, lounge, punk rock, psychedelic rock...

To me all of that somes up the human condition.

My favorite artist of all time is Phil Ochs, a folkie from the 60's. I like folk and punk, mostly... some good old british punk and angry american punk... my favorite band is labeled as "psychobilly." Tiger Army.

I have quite a varied taste, but I'm pretty much stick in the 60's. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE The doors and more rock/mod/garage music from teh 60's as opposed to te typical pop.

But apart from that, the beatles, pink, blondie, good latin/salsa music, other types of world music, classical especially Beethoven, the blood hound gang.

All sorts. Just at the moment I've been enjoying the classics a lot, as in Mozart, Bach and Brahms.

I also have an ongoing liking for folk music from around the world.

I like rock 'n' roll and world music, also.

I know most about minimal tech house, only the top end though. I like IDM too, plaid and aphex twin, Ive been listening to selected ambient works again recently. takes me back.

Outside of electronica, I like jazz funk soul blues and world.

My favorite types are rock, hard rock, melodic scandanavian metal and straight- edge but I also like folk,classical, big band, and a little bit of motown from time to time.
