Definitely Art of Pizza on Ashland. The other pizza places (Ginos, Giordanos, etc.) are hit-or-miss: sometimes you get good deep dish, sometimes you get a rubbery shoe full of meat. But I've never had a bad pie at AoP!

Try Taylor Street in Chicago's Little Italy. Many restaurants.

Any place that's not Giordano's. The last 3 times I went to a Giordano's (3 different locations), we were treated like dirt. The wait staff ignores you and acts like it's a big chore to serve you when you ask for something. Unless you're in a big group, they won't stop by to see what you need. The manager at the last place was bad. He was the most unprofessional manager I ever witnessed anywhere. He was literally yelling at US for bringing their terrible service to his attention. He yelled 'don't tell me how to run my business!' He pretty much said 'Leave, i don't need your money! I get lots of money from tourists!' Ever since then, I refuse to go to any Giordano's anywhere. No, I'm not being bitter. I'm just trying to keep other people from being treated like c**p.
