  1. Hi every body !

    I'm not Irish too.Unfortunately i haven't been yet to Ireland,i am from Djerba,Tunisia.

As i am in the travel & tourism sector, i had the occasion to meet diffrent nationalities.Almost all the Irish i have met where nice, friendly, warm people, and very open minded.

less than 2 weeks ago, i was with a couple of phisyciens, living in U.S (N.Y.City ) they where Irish and they where wonderfull. I have a lot of respect for Irish, i really mean it , but i can't say it in Gallic,it doesn't matter isn't it?

  2. of course you will :-) their always friendly where ever you go

  3. Ireland is all right & it certainly used to be a friendly place.

It's changing all the time as people become more affluent.

The weather is unpredictable but not too extreme.

The economy is booming but will slow in a year or two.

It's expensive to live in Ireland.

All races have good & bad people & good & bad features.

Do visit & make your own mind up.

  4. the thing is, in my experience, where ever you go in the world the 'locals' are always lovely.  Politics and religion get in the way.  The 'world' needs to learn to respect each other.

  5. the irish welcome everyone.

  6. I go to Ireland a couple of times a year.  It is a beautiful place.  I have always been made welcome, that's why we return year after year.  It does rain, but it is always warm.  My favourite place is Strandhill in Sligo. The Strand Pub in Strandhill is the best pub in the whole wide world.

  7. It's hard to say !!

I think it's the sense of humour we Paddy's have but maybe it's something else.

We tend to welcome people very warmly and when we get to know them we take the p**s out of them. (in a nice way of course !)

The scenery is beautiful. Especially in Donegal and in Connemara Galway. If you are coming come to Galway. It's a beautiful spot. Loads of stree muscians and festivals, good shops, state of the art hotels and restaurants and 3 terrific cinemas. Traditional music everynight and the CRAIC IS SOMETHING ELSE
