People reading in dreams?

I vaguely remember hearing or reading something about people being unable to read in their dreams because dreams use a different part of the brain than reading. But I recall reading words clearly in my dreams fairly often. What does this mean if you can read words in your dreams?

Once I wrote a seemingly perfect bestseller in my dream but when I woke up I couldn't even remember what it was about! I spent the whole night writing in my sleep, I remembered writing words and words, but what could they have been?

It depends on what you read in the dream, nevertheless, reading in dreams is a good sign and alludes to the quest for wisdom.
