The person above me listed the ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet that have skating rinks.  

I was just on the Liberty and I too love to skate (I'm a coach now).  My only complaint is the skates!  Of course, I'm used to high end leather skates and on board they give you those cheap plastic skates that are more like rollerblades.

I absolutely hated the skates so I only went around a few times and then got off.  But of course, it's one of those things you have to do, just to say you did it!

So, yeah, if you're looking for skating definitely go with Royal Caribbean...they definitely have it all!

Royal Caribbean has eight ships with ice skating rinks.  

In the Voyager Class, (138,000 tons) there are five:

- Adventure of the Seas

- Explorer of the Seas

- Mariner of the Seas

- Navigator of the Seas

- Voyager of the Seas

In the Freedom Class (160,000 tons - currently the largest passenger ships in the world) there are three:

- Freedom of the Seas

- Liberty of the Seas

- Independence of the Seas

Not only are these ice skating rinks/arenas open for passenger use, but they often put on ice skating shows.  We were on the very first US sailing of the new Liberty, and saw a fabulous ice skating show
