First i hear alot about ineed protiens so my muscle can grow after a workot but im only 15 and my mum and dad not let me cook lean meat like fish, or chicken or turkey so like what small food could i buy from the shop that i could eat straight away which is high in protien. and how do i use it, do i take if after a workout, between a workout or before workout? and how long does it take effect on the body becuase im focusing on working my chest muscles??
