People say im pretty but um...?

i wanna be a model bu i don't know if I'm pretty enough, i got the height, 180cm, and in quite thin too, BMI 17.7, but still, i don't think I'm that good looking.

I have never been in the 'model-business' as such. However, I have contacts there since I did corset-modeling (meaning I am allowed to be fat...well, have a BMI over 20)

Believe me: As a model you do not need to be pretty. You need to be slim, tall and have a recognisable, yet average face.

As a model, it is crucial to NOT be absolutely gorgeous and 'sticking out'. Becausr that would make you non-versatile material.

Your face is okay, and your height is perfect for the catwalk. I don't know how old you are, but you better start early, since you need training etc.

I am not sure from your pics, but you look as though you have ginger/redish hair, which will make is harder for you to get serious about modelling. Don't ask why, ginger and redheads are simply not liked in the modelling business, they 'stick out' too much.

If you are serious about becoming a model than send in your pics to an agency or go there yourself.

i think you would be a very good model. Models are not all the same. You would be great at like dramatic photo shoots for certain lines of clothing. Especially if you did like fashion shows, you would be amazing for some styles of clothing! I can definitely see you as a model.

you are pretty and you shouldn't feel that you need to ask people if they think you are so that you can become a model.

also, a healthy bmi is 20 - 25 ... don't go as far as some of the models walking up and down the runway nowadays, becoming size zero and all that!

Your photo is so washed out it's impossible to tell if you're even attractive, let alone model material.  Then again, you don't have to necessarily be pretty to do runway or fashion work.  As long as you're built like a rail and have clear skin you have a shot.

I didn't really see a picture of you on your myspace, but your description seems really decent for a model. Looks dont really matter, but they do count for something. As long as your beautiful on the inside and have a great outgoing personality, you'll do fine. Also, If people say your pretty, just go along with it. Your getting good responses from your peers, and thats great. If your really into modeling, I would sugggest going to Canada's next top model or America's next top model.

Ay.... I sometimes wonder if people who put their pics up are really willing and okay with hearing responses that are not what they would totally want to hear or if they just think they're beautiful (even though they say "I don't think I'm pretty") and expect that everyone will say positive things. Gets me everytime.. Anyway. the honest truth from me is that in my opinion, you're average and possibly not model material... But then again, you don't necessarily have to be pretty to become a model. To be a runway model, being stick thin and tall seems to be all they look for. As for magazine models and stuff, I've heard people say that most of them aren't pretty exactly but have features that when make-up is applied, looks amazing and eye-catching on camera. Ofcourse being a model also has a lot to do with how you carry yourself, having that bit of oomf and attitude to get people to stop and look at you. So perhaps you got that.

As I don't have my space account, I can't see your other pictures, but the one in your profile is a nice one.

But you need to remember that being a model isn't only bout looks,but also how you handle yourself as a "model".

you look like your 12 so its no wonder your bmi is 17.7 bmi are mainly for adults and fully grown people but its still just a rounderd figure with no acception. plus you havet go b***s of a bum so your bmi is ok.

i dont think you have what it takes to be a model but you will not be able to tell until your old enough.

You look pale and kind of scary in the photo. You have good facial features though so you're not ugly. I believe you are pretty but that is a bad picture though.
