People that Live in Hobart!?

Hi this is a question mainly for people who live in Tasmania, Hobart.

I was wondering what the monthly rent was for an average apartment in Hobart costed. What is it like, etc.

~Also if you happen to be a japanese university teacher, what is your pay like?

rent for an average apartment would be at least a thousand dollars a month. many people here are doing house/room share now when they come from interstate or other countries as its much cheaper. not sure about the pay for uni teacher... sorry!
